Typical day as a Multi Skilled Operative As a Multi Skilled Tiler/Floorlayer, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers. You ll be responsible for all tiling works across repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments including floor/wall tiles, sheet vinyl installation and sub floor/wall preparation. Delivering high-quality and compliant work. Multi skilling across various trades to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers homes. You have Relevant building/construction qualification. Experienced tiler and floor layer with experience across multiple trades such as joinery, carpentry, plastering, bricklaying, groundwork or basic plumbing. A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement. A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
