What you’ll be doing As a Multi-skilled Operator, your key focus will be involved in the manufacturing and creation of our ready meal products, There are various different departments such as High Care, Low Risk, Packing etc. which have many difference job roles which include:
weighing out ingredients
mixing and blending ingredients with water to make the pasta dough mix
setting up equipment e.g. roller hoppers & water bath
transfer of pasta dough mix to the roller hoppers
cooking the lasagne sheets to then transfer into high care
collecting and mixing ingredients to create our Sauces
making sure to clear any defected product, quality checks
putting correct sleeve on finished product
boxing product and preparing them to be palletized
calibrating machinery depending on product type
leading the line
What we’re looking for

For this role, you will need the following skills:

Good Literacy and Numeracy skills
Problem solving skills
Good communicator and ability to work in a team
Experience working within a food manufacturer preferred
Experience operating Manufacturing plant equipment / machinery
Allergen awareness
L2 Food Safety is preferred but not essential

Days – 4on4off – 7am-7pm – Pay rates starting at £10.75 an hour

Nights – Monday to Friday – 7pm-3am – Pay rates starting at £11.75 an hour
