As part of the Mears Group, we offer partnership solutions and expertise in estate management and property maintenance. Delivering a range of property services, including reactive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance services to over 100 local authorities and housing providers nationwide. Due to work demand, we are seeking a Multi Skilled Operatives to join our team; now in its twelfth year providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. About the Role: As a Multi Skilled Operative with MPS you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from job to job , on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. You ll need plenty of previous experience and a positive can do attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key. Role Criteria: Full Multi experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, minor plastering, uPVC (Windows) Ideally a trade qualification in Plumbing or Carpentry Hold a Full UK Driving License Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative Excellent communication and Customer service skills Ability to work and adapt efficiently and to time scales with a high work load.
