About the Role Mobile Technical Services Supervisor (Building Fabric) Up to £36k – Merseyside, Liverpool Do you possess an NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery or recognised equivalent? Dalkia Engineering are seeking a Mobile Technical Services Supervisor (Building Fabric) to work as part of the Facilities Management mobile support team to supervise the completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance to a multi-skilled mobile engineering team, requirements on Building Fabric Services The successful candidate will report to the Technical Services Manager, overseeing a team of multi-disciplined engineers and technicians. Key Accountabilities Be responsible for the Building Fabric FM supervision and management of a team of Building Fabric engineers and technicians. Supervise and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), including reactive maintenance and extra works/emergencies in accordance with the contract requirements on Building Fabric Services. Support with the Management of FIRAS Accreditation on Fire Door Management Support the Project Works Team and occasionally deliver minor turnkey projects. Provide detailed reporting with predictive times for remedial and chargeable works, and support with life cycle condition reporting. Ensuring at all times that service reports/timesheets are submitted timely and the management of such records is compliant with the company s agreed policy and ways of working. Be a key interface with Facilities Maintenance Clients including working closely with Dalkia Facilities Managers. Ensure a high level of technical support in the provision of our service delivery and the daily communication with our clients. Supervise and carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of Building Fabric FM systems. Ensure adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements and industry standards. Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to by Technicians in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the mechanical/electrical aspects of the PPM and plant. Supervise the prompt and effective response to all reactive maintenance issues and helpdesk requests. Co-ordinate visiting specialist sub-contractors associated with the mechanical/electrical aspects of the PPM schedules. Benefits Fully Managed Vehicle provided. IT Tablet. Phone. City and Guilds 6706 or equivalent. Modern Apprenticeship or Equivalent completed. Supervisory Experience. Ability to interpret technical specifications, regulations and drawings. Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office. Experienced in production of quotations for minor works and repairs. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
