Main Purpose: To manage, control and deliver all Zephex bulk transaction covering incoming feedstock and outgoing product ISO tanks. The role must coordinate and deliver to ensure we provide maximum efficiency, agility, and utilization of resources to meet business requirements whilst maintaining the highest safety, environmental and cGMP standards. The role requires the coordination of medical tanks across site, liaison with the service delivery team and the process operating teams, to prioritize and deliver offloading and loading of ISO tanks to meet the business requirements. This role would be working Mon-Fri 8 am to 4 pm but may require flexible working for weekends and potential overtime when required by the business. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the import and export of Medical Products Area raw/finished materials to and from the plants, including the Off-Loading of Crude Product from suppliers and Loading of Pure Product to customers. Monitoring and updating planning tools and working closely with off-site service delivery team to track, prioritize and process all medical bulk tank movements to and from site. Proactively monitor inventory levels across site and work closely with the OPM and Packing and Logistics team to prioritize tank movements, complete forward planning, communicate and report status of inventory and put forward proposals and actions to ensure operations continue to operate without disruption. Complete all documentation required for each stage of the operations. This is of key importance in ensuring compliance with the requirements of the regulatory authorities. Train the operating shift relief role and keep them updated on any changes to paperwork and working practices to ensure they can provide cover in their absence. Conduct local plant tours and inspections, monitor all critical areas of the plant following cGMP. Collect analysis samples during processing of tanks and pass them through to the GIG/Main Laboratories for analysis. Complete maintenance activities throughout the year, be involved in predictive maintenance activities on the plant, particularly monitoring of pumps and other rotating equipment. Contribute to the area s SHE improvement processes by conducting formal risk assessments of tasks that the coordinator regularly conducts on the plant. Qualification and Experience: Minimum: NVQ level 2 or equivalent. Desirable: cGMP training, operator training. Relevant experience in a Plant operation (tanker/ISO tank handling) or an equivalent environment with planning/scheduling experience desirable. Experience of operating to cGMP standards. Relevant experience in a chemical environment in a highly regulated environment, including understanding of basic plant/unit operations and SHEQ standards. Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and electronic. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work autonomously to deliver against production goals. Competence in SAP, Microsoft 365, and ability to plan/schedule
