Are you experienced in building services maintenance? Do you have a recognised trades qualification (or equivalent)? Do you want to work in an interesting and creative environment?
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to be a key part of the in-house team. Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks to buildings and assist with minor project works for the department across our diverse estate portfolio in and around the centre of Stratford-upon-Avon.

This role is a full-time, permanent position, where the hours of working will be 8am to 5pm Mon – Thurs and 8am to 4pm on Friday. Occasional overtime may be required to cover for shift engineers’ holiday or absence. The position is based in Stratford upon Avon.
