NES Fircroft is looking for an experienced and collaborative Maintenance Asset Scheduler with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry to join our client’s inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time Maintenance Asset Scheduler role is based onshore in Aberdeen but requires to mobilise offshore if the need arises.

The Maintenance Asset Scheduler is an integral part of the planning team and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all asset work activity aligns with asset integrity and production objectives. The role, which reports directly to the Planning Manager, is primarily based onshore but also requires mobilising offshore should the need arise.

In your first week in this Maintenance Asset Scheduler role, you can expect to:

• Lead the development and management of an achievable work schedule that aligns with asset priorities and reflects resource availability in accordance with Company processes and procedures
• Close collaboration with maintenance delivery, asset support, engineering and planning departments to ensure that asset work SAP schedule preparation is compliant with the company’s Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process and Maintenance Processes
• Role-model compliance ensuring all activities are planned and conducted in line with HSE policy & the Life-Saving Rules
