I am seeking a dedicated Logistics Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in logistics administration, looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role of the logistics administrator:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Ensure premises, assets, and communications are used effectively
• Utilize logistics IT systems to optimize procedures
• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff according to availability and requirements
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management

Required Skills & Qualifications of the logistics administrator:

• Proven experience as a Logistics Administrator for at least 1 year
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
