We are delighted to be supporting our client West Atlantic with their search for a Line Maintenance Manager.

West Atlantic Cargo Airlines is one of Europe’s most trusted suppliers of dedicated cargo aircraft solutions to the Integrated Express and Mail industries.

They have special expertise in cargo aircraft leasing, financing and operational support. West Atlantic has one of the most versatile air fleets in the business.

Global dedicated cargo airline specialized in safe, reliable and efficient delivery of mail and express freight using BAE-ATP-F, Bombardier CRJ200PF, Boeing 737 and B767 Aircraft. Due to growth and relocation to East Midlands, one of the UK and Europe’s biggest aviation cargo hubs as part of West Atlantic’s expansion, we are now supporting them in their search for a Line Maintenance Manager.

The ideal candidate for this role will need to be flexible with their working hours and hold a valid UK Driving license as travel to other line stations is part of this role.

Role Requirements:

• The right to live and work in the UK
• Experience in a line maintenance management or supervisory role.
• B1 or B2 Licensed on Boeing 737-3/4 & 800, & ATR series. (Desirable)
• Working knowledge of relevant UK CAA Part 145 regulations.
• Good computer literacy preferably with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Overview of Business processes and knowledge of using procedures as working instruments,
• Excellent communicational skills and clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Quality and safety driven mindset.
• Proven leadership capacity, strategic thinking level, motivator, and collaborator.
• Empowerment and delegation of tasks, decisive, taking initiatives and resourceful.
• Initiative-taking individual who can work without direct supervision.
• Negotiation skills.
• Significant prominent level of stress threshold with the ability to manage effectively during the most pressed situations.
• Knowledgeable with TRAX maintenance software.
