Pay Rate: £14.30 per hour

Working Hours: 8:00-16:00

Shifts Available:

Tuesday till Saturday
Sunday till Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the team to achieve productivity targets.
Maintain effective communication within the team and across departments.
Monitor and report on performance, addressing any issues or areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work in a chilled environment, adhering to the required standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse/factory environment is essential.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the team.
Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving set targets.
Adaptability to work in a chilled environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
