The starting salary for this position is £26,569 per annum, based on a 36-hour week.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a primary base of Henley Fort Outdoor Centre in Guildford, GU2 4RH. working at times across the whole of Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development’s centres and provision.

We’re looking for someone to join our team at Henley Fort, to support our Senior Instructor in the daily operations of our busy centre and service at Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development.

The Role
As a Lead Outdoor Learning Instructor you will have a supervisory role at SOLD, ensuring high quality outdoor learning facilitation in a wide range of adventurous outdoor activities and programmes. You will play a key role in supporting the Senior Instructor in managing the day-to-day operations of the centre and supervising a team of staff and resources. In this role, you will influence the quality of delivery and help fulfil our business potential.
