Key Production Operative – Machine

We’re recruiting for a Key Machine Operative to join our busy manufacturing site in Thrapston.

Shifts: 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm, working 5 over 7 days including weekends in our citrus department

Reporting into a Team Manager you will:
Run the production line, conduct system set ups and calibration to ensure all orders are met
Carry out packaging and product changeovers and complete compliance paperwork
Use trained skills to physically build up machines on multiple production lines
Complete tasks efficiently in order to reduce waste, downtime and giveaway, maximising overall equipment effectiveness
Complete general cleaning and housekeeping
Work flexibly to support all areas of the business where required to ensure service levels are met

In this role you’ll need to have great communication skills and the ability to produce reports in English. You’ll also need to enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have excellent attention to detail. Do you have these skills?
