At we are excited to announce the opening of our Retail Operations Distribution Centre, based in Middlewich, Cheshire.

What will you do as an Inventory Controller?

• Carry out audits to ensure integrity of stock and locations
• Work closely with the Goods-In Controllers to ensure effective arrival of stock into the centre
• Support the accurate movement of stock throughout the Warehouse
• Effective utilisation of Warehouse Management Systems
• Follow HRMC and CAA processes required for bonded stock
• Delivery of internal stock control KPI’s
• Operation and checking of a variety of MHE
• Involvement on the development, implementation and execution of standard operating procedures
• Support the coaching of others to work in a customer and safety focused way

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of stock and inventory management in a logistics/distribution environment. Previous Audit and Warehouse Management Systems experience is also required. You will be an effective communicator with an aptitude for detail and will ideally have experience of supporting the training of operational colleagues.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake background checks including 5-year employment history and UK Criminal Record Check. There may also be the requirement to attend a 5-day Security Course.
