The Role

Reporting into a Divisional MD of this VC backed FM provider this is a six month fixed term contract full time role with the potential to be extended. The main project is to look after an amalgamation of 3 acquired mobile engineering businesses which are not fully integrated and transform their operating procedures and systems to one model used throughout. They are worth about £30m in total and the successful candidate will be overseeing a team of about 400 engineers.

The Candidate

You will need to have experience of managing mobile engineering contracts previously of a similar size. This could be with either private of public sector clients across the UK. Ideally you will have been involved with transformation projects within the FM provider market. A strong operational background and ability to be able to build internal and external relationships and drive the project forward. This is a fixed term role for 6 months with the chance to be extended and is looking for a candidate who is immediately available. Prior experience of the interim market is not necessary as you will be paid directly like a full time employee with a benefits package.
