About the position:
This requirement is for a dynamic & seasoned individual who brings in extensive knowledge of working in functional space of Interactive & Intelligent/Cognitive Process Automation, Adaptive intelligent case-style workflow orchestration, AI-ML semantics & NLP based document processing, Digital Communication solutions that transform agent driven interactions to automated self-service touch points. This individual will work with the Technical SMEs to take Wipro’s offering to business teams owning the sales process. It will be important that the individual understands the different stakeholders and their expectations in this space. The position is for an individual contributor who will work as part of the advisory team. The focus can be a one large engagement / customer account or a set of accounts. Functional partner will provide advice and support to businesses about technology that can perform critical tasks and processes., will recommend and configure technology-based solutions to address our client’s business needs.
