Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful logistics business in North Leicestershire with the appointment of an interim HR Business Partner to join for circa 12 months.
The role offers hybrid working – You will manage your own diary and travel will be business needs dependent – Circa 2 days per week on-site
The role will also involve some UK wide travel.
The role of HR Business Partner will provide high quality advice and support to a wide range of stakeholders within a business area to drive the People Strategy. This will involve working collaboratively with stakeholders and other HR teams covering areas such as:
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background within a similar position.
Although not essential, working knowledge of the logistics sector is highly beneficial
You will demonstrate in depth and proven knowledge of employment legislation in particular TUPE regulation
Proven experience of working with Trade Unions is also required.
Up to £60000
Car Allowance circa £5000
