We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Etheldred Care Home in Cambridge.

What to expect:

Salary: £10.65 per hour

25 – 30 hours a week from Monday – Sunday. You must be able to work alternate weekends.

Main Accountabilities:

• Be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the home for the people living in our service and our staff team.
• Be responsible for maintaining a hygienic, safe and pleasant environment for the people we care for, staff and visitors
• Devise regular cleaning schedules and ensure they are adhered to
• Organise and plan the staff rotas – cover for staff sickness
• Ensure there are adequate stocks of cleaning products available and re-order when required
• Work within set budgets
• Ensure cleaning equipment is safely used and kept in good working condition.

About you:

• Keen eye for detail
• Good supervisory skills
• previous experience in a similar setting (desirable)
