HGV Mechanic

Our client is looking for a Mechanics for their family-run business with a fleet of tankers, tippers and curtain siders in Ely. Ideally, you will be an experienced HGV mechanic, however, HGV training can be given if needed. This is a permanent, full-time role that comes with an attractive salary.

As a flexible HGV Mechanic, you will undertake all levels of maintenance work, including repairs, servicing and diagnostics.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Work on a range of HGV vehicles and various trailers
• Undertake all levels of maintenance work, including repairs, servicing and diagnostics
• Completion of service and repair paperwork

As an experienced HGV Mechanic we expect you to have a C+E class 1 Licence and completion of Service and Repair Paperwork would be beneficial, but isn’t essential. However if you have a keen interest and are willing to learn we can train for this.

In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive an attractive salary for the right candidate a company van will be included in the package.
