ERP UK are a small and friendly team of 45 co-ordinating all operations in the UK for customers from the UK and around the world. We have offices in both London (Chiswick) and Midlands (Lutterworth). Landbell Group is a growing business – now an international team of almost 450 people across 23 locations in 18 countries.

Your responsibilities

• Team Management
  • Leads the operations team
  • Manages, motivates and appraises managers in the Operations Team
• Commercial Focus
  • Ensures annual achievement of compliance across WEEE, Batteries and Packaging in the most cost effective manner
  • Oversees supplier relationships, purchasing and contracts
  • Informs annual budgets, quarterly reviews and member pricing
• Service Delivery
  • Establishes and keeps under review operations strategy for compliance across WEEE, Batteries and Packaging
  • Ensures annual achievement of compliance volumes across WEEE, Batteries and Packaging
  • Oversees ERP’s collection network
  • Ensures ERP’s collections are delivered and that monthly and quarterly data flows both internally and externally as required
  • Ensures systems and processes are subject to continuous improvement
• Service Development
  • Proactively seeks innovations in strategy, services and processes – and ensures that they assessed and implemented
• Think Customer – Ability to understand service needs and propose simple and pragmatic solutions
• Show and Earn Respect – Good communicator and relationship builder – both internally and externally and in the English language
• Own it and Deliver – Organised, methodical and self-motivated
• Pull Together – Ability to lead individuals and teams
• Grow – Develop their own skills and abilities, those of their team and grow our business
• Computer proficiency – Excel and relational databases with strong numeracy skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management
• Knowledge of logistics and recycling services and local authorities
