Head of Operations The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join our client’s dynamic team. As the Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, optimising processes, and enhancing efficiencies across the company. Head of Operations – Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency

– Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve production targets and quality standards

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and logistics, to ensure alignment and integration of operations with overall business objectives

– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational performance

– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices

– Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to optimise procurement processes and maintain supply chain efficiency

Head of Operations – You:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field

– Proven experience in operations management

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence

– Demonstrated track record of driving operational efficiency

– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

– Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational targets and business objectives
