Salary dependent upon experience + Bonus + Benefits National Our client is a global, £900 million+, market-leading organisation with an established Supply Chain and Logistics business (3PL) who, due to continued growth, are seeking to appoint a high-performing Business Development professional to spearhead their growth into the Technology Sector. This is a business-critical appointment in which you will have responsibility for the technology segment and for identifying and securing business development opportunities. With an existing in-depth appreciation of the end-to-end supply chain/contract logistics space you will be the client’s industry expert in that field. Interacting at a senior level you will continue to develop strong relationships with high-level decision makers and a detailed understanding of the customer’s business needs. Using this knowledge, you will then provide bespoke 3PL solutions to complex customer requirements and deliver exceptional results. To be considered it is essential that you can demonstrate a solid understanding of the technology sector and have a strong network of contacts within it to leverage quickly within this position. It would be a distinct advantage to have a deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain sector and what it takes to be successful within it – however, strong business development professionals selling other services into similar sectors may be considered.
