A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Handyman to join a Design and Build Construction company based in the Bromley area.

Salary: up to £40,000 (DOE)

Duties include:

• Liaise with clients as appropriate.
• Plan works and material content.
• Following B2D management procedures Implement and monitor works.
• Ensure client satisfaction, complete and handover finished product.
• Manage and communicate with workforce.
• Be responsible for communicating to the senior team, equipment and material requirement for each site.
• Advise project progress.

Works can include but not limited to:

• changing light bulbs and ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
• Rewiring, changing fuses, junction boxes etc.
• Minor plumbing (changing taps and sinks)
• Installing new kitchens and other minor carpentry works.
• Clearing or cleaning general areas
• Shifting furniture or equipment
• Assembling furniture or equipment
• Painting and decorating
• Minor tiling work.

Start: ASAP

Hours: 8am till 5.30pm (Average hours)

Requirements:

• To assist with carrying out general maintenance and repair works on different project sites.
• Have a broad experience of various trade skills to complete tasks.
• Respond to service calls in a timely fashion.
• Support/Direct allocated staff as necessary for the project works when required.
• Must be flexible and willing to work night shifts.
• Must be willing to travel at various locations.
• Clean Driving Licence required.
