Grounds Maintenance / Landscaping Operative We are recruiting for multiple Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping and Site Clearance Operatives to join the ever-growing team on a full time, permanent basis! Duties Carry out grounds maintenance, landscaping and vegetation clearance and management tasks for key contracts Grass cutting, planting trees and shrubs, tree work/felling and chainsaw use, strimming, hedge cutting, chemical spraying, newt fencing and continuous maintenance of sites Operate suitable equipment and machines with correct training Attend and undertake relevant training to ensure responsibilities are carried out effectively and safely Requirements Flexibility in working hours which can include out of hours / occasional nights and weekends Full UK driving licence required as travel is involved You will have a CSCS card and ideally have CPCS Certificates Experience in landscaping, site clearance, vegetation management, grounds maintenance or fencing Benefits £10.68 – £12.82 / hour Regular overtime OTE £32k Continuous training and career development 28 days holiday Yearly reviews Uniform / PPE provided Pension scheme Company social events Safety critical medical Details / Hours Monday Friday (45-hour week) Onsite core hours 7am 5pm Regular overtime For over 25 years Three Shires Ltd has been one of the UK s leading landscaping, highway maintenance, fencing and vegetation management/maintenance contractors
