About the role Haringey Council is currently seeking a Gardener to become part of their newly formed Parks Services team. We are in search of a dedicated and passionate individual who can bring their expertise to the team. As a Gardener, the successful candidate will be excellent at service delivery, communication, and teamwork. Additionally, as a Gardener you will promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with current regulations and safety guidelines, particularly regarding all ground s maintenance, horticultural activities, seasonal works, and traded services. About the team We are currently looking for individuals who can work effectively in teams of 3-5 people on a day-to-day basis. As a Gardener, you will have similar responsibilities as your colleagues, and you will be assigned to cover one of the six zones that we manage. Each zone has a Senior Operative and up to 3-5 gardeners, and each team leader is responsible for overseeing two zones.
