Advance Management are seeking a skilled and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our dynamic warehouse team.

Responsibilities:

Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently to move materials and products within the warehouse and yard.
Load and unload goods from trucks and containers.
Stack and store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and inventory control.
Maintain accurate records of movements and stock levels.
Inspect forklift truck before each shift to ensure its operational safety and report any defects immediately.
Adhere strictly to all company health and safety procedures and regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with other warehouse duties as required, such as picking, packing, and general warehouse cleanup.
Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
May be required to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid and current Counterbalance Forklift Truck license.
Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is desirable but not essential.
