This role is being advertised by Savills Management Resources(SMR) a wholly owned entity of Savills (UK) Limited but a separate employing entity which is not accredited by Real Living Wage.

To provide on site lettings and property management services to exciting build to rent residential schemes across West London – (Acton, Wembley, Colindale & Baker Street) comprising of 564 Units. To be the first point of contact from enquiry stage, viewing the property through to resident move in. To ensure a high level of customer service is always provided to residents, engage with residents to create a sense of community within the development. To assist RSMs and site teams and provide assistance when cover is required.
