Fleet AdministratorWolverhamptonPermanent £23,000 per annum 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transport/Logistics Administrator to join my client in Wolverhampton, you will be joining a fabulous, successful team.They offer plenty of benefits to joining, 33 days holiday (your birthday off if it falls on a working day) with the option to buy additional days, Perkbox, free parking on site, death in service and a bonus scheme at the end of the year – what’s not to love?As a dedicated Transport Administrator you will be responsible for compliance paperwork, booking vehicles and chasing dedicated contacts for paperwork.Duties and responsibilities:

• Verify that all scheduled events have been booked and tasks completed
• Monitor the status of all assets to proactively address any delays
• Receive and upload compliance paperwork onto the database
• Manage requirements and provide customers with adequate notice
• Report any concerns, inquiries, or suggestions for process improvement to the supervisor
• Track pending job sheets and escalate to the appropriate Engineer when necessary

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience in the Transport/Logistics industry
• Previous experience in Administration
• Must have customer service experience
• Strong IT user – Microsoft Office
• Be confident with liaising with customers
