A thriving family-run IT business with a remarkable 20 year plus legacy as a leading business technology partner, is actively seeking an experienced Field-Based Technician to join our dynamic print division.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to cultivate a rewarding career while providing invaluable Printer support. To be considered, candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience, preferably with a strong background in Canon, Ricoh, and Konica Minolta products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, set up, and rigorously test new and pre-owned printers.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and on-site installations.
• Provide comprehensive training on machine usage.
• Efficiently manage equipment delivery and logistics.
• Uphold the highest level of customer service.
• Experience with Canon, Richo and Konica Minolta products preferable.
