Are you a facilities management maestro seeking an opportunity to lead a team and make a real impact? We have the perfect role for you! We are currently on the lookout for a talented and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Central London.
As a Facilities Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our proactive and solution-focused approach to delivering top-notch FM services to our stores. Working closely with our Facilities Manager and FM Strategy Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and optimized efficiency within our multi-site environment.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
No two days will be the same in this exhilarating position! You will be the driving force behind our FM success, taking charge of various responsibilities, including:
Collaborating with vendors and suppliers, arranging site visits, and obtaining competitive quotes.
Assisting in producing and collating vital reports for our management team.
Taking a leading role in managing H&S and Security projects, keeping our people and properties safe and secure.
Developing operational efficiencies within the FM function, ensuring we run like a well-oiled machine.
Stepping up to manage our FM and Maintenance teams in the absence of our Facilities Manager and FM Strategy Lead.
Communicating with staff and suppliers, addressing queries and requests with efficiency and finesse.
Guiding and advising our Maintenance and Facilities team on reactive, PPM, and scheduled job requests.
Raising purchase orders and handling invoice processing at our vibrant Head Office.
Keeping our Facilities and Health & Safety documentation organized and up-to-date, ensuring compliance and excellence.
What We Look For:
Your experience speaks volumes, and we’re searching for candidates who possess:
A solid track record of at least 3 years in facilities management at a supervisory level, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Preferably, experience within the property or retail sector, giving you a unique edge.
Tech-savviness and familiarity with CAFM or helpdesk systems, streamlining your workflow.
A relevant qualification/certification in Facilities Management or a related field, proving your dedication to excellence.
Stellar communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, unleashing your analytical prowess.
Exceptional organization and multitasking skills, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
