Smart Solutions have an exciting opportunity on behalf of a fast growing client for an experienced Facilities Manager. As a Facilities Manager, you will play a crucial part in acquiring and managing the business property estate across the UK, Additionally you will develop & manage the procurement strategy and activities Hours: 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working will be a consideration (60% office/ 40% working from home). Duties of Facilities Manager: Manage and update the Property Register on an ongoing basis. Create and maintain a sign off process for all facility requests and process all invoices relating to facilities. Ensure our facilities are aligned with both health and safety best practice and legislative compliance (Electrical, Water, Heating, Air Conditioning). Ensure appropriate insurance policies are held and in place for all properties. Support all audit activities across the business relating to facilities management. Requirements of the Facilities Manager: NEBOSH qualified for handling H&S matters. Extensive experience in a Facilities Management position. A professional and experienced procurement expert with either category or overall procurement function experience.
