Synchro are proud to be working with a hyper growth Software House who are embarking on a new journey to build a number of cutting edge consumer lead platforms.

We are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to help maintain and improve the working environment and have a genuine impact on a daily basis.

You will work alongside a welcoming and sociable team in order to maintain their day to day working space. You will have previous experience in this field of work. Either working in a Facilities coordination role or working within site management. Part of your job will be to check devices, structures and systems on a regular basis. You will also organise and identify repairs and renovations on these systems. You will also be responsible for coordinating external vendors such as cleaners and security services, and work with the Complience Manager to ensure health and safety regfulations are up to date and adhered to.

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of facilities management operations
• Familiarity with office equipment and security systems
• Understanding of safety regulations in offices
• Well-organised with great communication skills
