• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to manufacture bespoke metal fabrications.

• Carry out MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

• Fabricate, fit, assemble and weld structural steelwork, beams, frames and heavy-duty components.

• Manufacture bespoke products including steel staircases, platforms, mezzanine floors, storage tanks, generator housings and industrial machinery components.

• Cut, shape, form and prepare metal sections and plates using workshop machinery and fabrication equipment.

• Use plasma cutting equipment, welding machinery, grinders and other fabrication tools.

• Measure, mark out and ensure all components are manufactured accurately to specified dimensions and tolerances.

• Complete welding and fabrication work in line with relevant welding procedures and quality standards.

• Inspect finished welds and fabricated components, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Work alongside other fabricators, welders and engineers to complete projects within production deadlines.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
