The role requires an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Group General Counsel by skilfully managing all the details of professional matters allowing them to focus effectively on leading their executive initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organisation and planning of GGC daily activities, including faultless diary and logistics management
• Travel planning
• Ambassadorial role comfortable with high level liaison external contacts
• Gatekeeper with good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Manage inbox, highlighting emails that require urgent attention, and responding directly/delegating to senior leadership team where appropriate
• Process all expenses in a timely and efficient manner
• Discreet and diplomatic, familiar with being privy to, and managing, confidential information
• Planning, co-ordinating, minute taking, action tracking and follow up for relevant meetings
• Managing room bookings for GGC at head office and across all Spire Hospitals when on site
• Coordinating interviews where the GGC are required
• Complaints handling on behalf of the GGC
• Emotionally astute, able to read people and situations

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience supporting at Hospital Director, executive level or above.
• Impeccable organisational skills, attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly
• Calm under pressure and capable of communicating with all levels in a professional manner
• Forward thinking and proactive approach to problem solving

Desirable:

• Degree education preferable, but not essential
• Experience in healthcare
