About the Role
As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate functions to weddings and private celebrations. Working closely with clients and the in-house catering team, you will ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage events from initial enquiry to completion
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
• Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, staffing, and catering
• Manage budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships
• Lead and inspire on-site teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and service

About You:

• Proven events management experience, ideally within the catering sector
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to lead a team and remain calm under pressure
• A full UK driving licence and ability to travel within the Southampton area
