The starting salary for this role is £43,923 per annum for working 36 hours per week.
We’re on the lookout for a hardworking and highly motivated individual to fill the key role of ERP Contracts and Commercial Support Officer within the ICF (Intelligent Client Function) team. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of supporting oversight and management of contractual and commercial aspects related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. It’s a unique chance to take a key role in Surrey County Council’s transformational journey.
The team
The ICF is a new team established by the Council to drive meaningful transformation through optimising ERP system use, ensuring it becomes a powerful tool to drive efficiency and collaboration. The ERP Contracts and Commercial Support Officer will drive action and delivery, providing you with an opportunity to make a significant impact across the organisation. You will have significant exposure to wider teams within the business, working closely with procurement teams, project managers, and stakeholders to streamline contract administration, monitor vendor performance, and minimise risks.

The ERP Contracts and Commercial Support Officer position is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be on site at either Dakota, Weybridge and/or Reigate, Woodhatch Place as and when required.

About you
The ERP Contracts and Commercial Support Officer should be comfortable in dynamic environments, with a willingness to take a hands-on approach to drive delivery and transformation. You will be a detail orientated professional, with a grounded understanding of contracts and commercials in relation to ERP systems.
