As a Technical Support, you will be required to carry out a variety of duties to ensure a safe and productive workplace and an efficient operating environment.

A Technical Support will:

• Prepare Demonstration equipment including carrying out visual checks and function tests,
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy for updating systems and records
• Liaise with the dedicated co-ordination team to ensure smooth call flow for all operations.
• Where applicable, escalate service and performance issues
• Carry out Pre-Delivery Checks on new systems as per customer requirements.
• Install optional items to new systems as necessary.
• Assist visiting customer engineers.
• Arrange for calibration of test equipment.
• Manage customer tool kits, including ordering of consumables and replacement tools from suppliers.
• Perform Stock Checks and work with internal / external auditors

We are looking for:

• Good team member who can also work on own initiative
• Technical/Mechanical mindset
• A flexible and can-do attitude
• Previous engineering experience would be preferable
• Good communication skills
• Good IT Skills e.g. word, excel
• Attention to details
