We provide tailored rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of over 70 local authorities, Management Organisations and Housing Associations partners. About the Role:

As a Electrician you will be out supporting residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working from ‘job’ to ‘job’, on your planned route with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance task. You’ll need plenty of previous experience and a positive ‘can do’ attitude to excel in this role, meeting new people and delivering high standards of work and service are key. Are sub office is based in Exeter and you ll be expected to cover the Exeter area.

Role Criteria:

• On the job experience
• NVQ level 3
• Test and inspection
• 18th addition
• Social housing experience preferable
• Full UK clean driving licence.
