Package Manager
Organisation Information:
Bouygues Travaux Publics (TP) and Laing O’Rourke, two of Europe’s most dynamic engineering and construction specialists, are working together in a joint venture named BYLOR to deliver the main civil engineering works at Hinkley Point C (HPC) worth over £2.8 billion.
Within the scope by BYLOR is a Design & Build Building known as the Operational Service Centre (OSC) which is a multi-use office building with laboratories, restaurant and warehouse. BYLOR requires experienced package managers to look after the multitude of building packages within the OSC scope.
Purpose of the role:
A Package Manager is required to manage specific Tier 2 and Tier 3 trade contractors.at both the tender stage and delivery stage. The Package Manager will input into the procurement stage then through to managing their activities on site during the delivery phase. Monitoring compliance with HPC quality, Health, Safety & Environmental standards is a vital part of the role. The role will include the handover of the Tier2/3 trade contractors including Lifetime Quality records (LTQR) and as-builts.

All positions with Bylor are employed directly with either Laing O’Rourke or Bouygues Travaux Public and include competitive salaries, private medical insurance, company pension schemes and annual holiday allowance. Some grades will also include a company car allowance.
Unless stated otherwise all positions are based at Hinkley Point C in Somerset.
