Reed Engineering is excited to announce that they are working with a global business who operate in the automotive industry. They are recruiting for an Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer(DAYS ONLY) on a full-time permanent basis.

As the Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for all aspects of the electrical maintenance, ensuring a high standard. They seek reliable, highly skilled candidates of a high calibre to work within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining, repairing, and improving the performance of various electrical equipment and systems in their facility – sensors, relays, invertors, contactors and motors.
• Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components
• Install, test, and commission new or upgraded electrical equipment and systems
• Work closely with other engineers, technicians, operators, and contractors

Skills and experience include:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an electrical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• A valid certification or license in engineering or a related field
• A strong knowledge of engineering principles, theories, and practices
• A proficient skill in using various tools and equipment for maintenance
