Job Title: Domestic Cleaning Supervisor Trust: Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust Location: Prestwich Sites, Greater Manchester Based at The Curve, M25 3EQ Payrate: £11.11 per hour plus enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays Shifts: 30 hours per week Monday to Sunday, including weekends Hours: 08.00-13.00 and 13.00-18.00 – Must be flexible to work either shift as required About the Trust The Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is made up of a wide range of services across Manchester and the Greater Manchester area. This is a Temporary Role Duties which include: Assist the Deputy facilities manager effectively manage the housekeeping department. Maintain and improve the standard of the overall environment and services within the Department. Together with the Team Leaders they will ensure that, Patient, staff environments are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, and that the services to patients and staff provided via the department are provided effectively and efficiently. Provide effective senior support to a group of staff and will require the appropriate people, co-ordination, communication, and collaborative skills to undertake this task effectively. Assist the Team leader in providing a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
