Working Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4pm and 8.30am – 5pm and 1 out of 4/ 5 Saturday mornings 8am – 12 noon c 27,000per annum
A great opportunity to work for a global building materials company committed to providing innovative and sustainable solutions for the construction industry.
They are seeking a Distribution Coordinator whose main duties will include:
– Taking and scheduling of orders to make deliveries in accordance with their service promise
– Administering the allocation of products, their repair and charging, receipt of orders and despatch
– Ensuring all administration is raised in a timely manner for all customers both internal and external.
– Responding to customer queries and price requests in line with service standards.
– Acting as a single point of contact for the customer for all issues relating to breakdowns, complaints, queries, samples etc.
– Advising on the best use of product on site and helping to resolve simple breakdown problems over the phone.
– Liaising closely with a team of service engineers, production depots and the regional sales force.
We are looking for a candidate ideally with logistics/coordination experience and exceptional communication skills.
Previous experience in call centre would be an advantage.
