Data Analytics Engineer is required by this niche technology solutions business working within financial services. You’ll be joining a small dedicated team working on projects at different stages and contributing to a large transformation within the business, as they deliver on a strategic project aimed at integrating a data model and other key components.

Reporting directly into the IT Director you’ll primarily work with their current 3rd party consultancies providing data and reporting services to aid the company in making strategic, efficient business decisions.

Your work will include –

• Configuring, maintaining data capture tools and related reporting systems and workflows
• Ensuring availability, performance, security and scalability
• Develop and customise Power BI reports
• Maintain existing Excel tools and develop automation workflows
• Developing the data model architecture
• Working closely with the business to understand their requirements and prioritise accordingly
• Database, data warehouse and CRM system integration
• Ensure data protection, infrastructure and security policies are adhered to

You must be able to demonstrate experience across –

• Solid Excel, SQL
• ETL tools
• Power BI development
• Power Apps/Power Automate will be especially beneficial
• Data Security principles and best practices
• Stakeholder management
• Managing concurrent projects
