My client in Letchworth is looking for a new member to join their team. You will be providing excellent customer experience ensuring a smooth delivery from warehouse to consumer.
Position: Customer Service and Stock Coordinator
Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: Starting at £23,000, increasing to £25,000 after 6-month probation
Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week
Role Overview:
The Customer Service and Stock Coordinator manages the movement, processing, and dispatch of goods within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You ll be speaking with customers daily to update them on their goods and understanding their requirements and liaising with the warehouse for stock.
