Our client, a very well-established Logistics business based in South East London, are looking to recruit a personable, experienced Customer Services candidate to join their growing team. Working alongside a number of previous Hays placements (whom are absolutely loving their time with the company!), this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.Our client offer a SameDay Courier/Logistics service for their B2B client base, and are the largest, most successful company within this industry, in the UK. They have been established for a number of years and are a fantastic client of ours (we have placed numerous candidates with this client, including the Customer Services Manager and Team Lead!). Due to their growth, they are now actively seeking the perfect candidate to join their telephony/email Customer Services team, handling queries from their B2B clients. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Handling 10-20 daily inbound calls from B2B clients- Dealing with 40-50 daily inbound emails from B2B clients- Offering an exceptional service to all, ensuring repeat business/happy customers- Dealing with queries covering orders, delivery issues and complaints (when required)- Completing additional administrative tasks associated to customer queriesIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Experience of handling inbound calls/emails from external customers- Articulate telephone manner- Excellent level of written English- Experience of completing administrative tasks- Genuine desire to help customers- Fun, sociable personalityIn addition to a very competitive salary of £28,000 – £30,000, our client are also offering the following:- Amazing progression opportunities- Excellent working hours (Monday – Friday: 8.15am – 5.15pm)- Warm, friendly office atmosphereOur client are looking to move very quickly on this, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
