Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a logistics company in Hounslow who are actively seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties:

• Clear and concise dialogue with customers and internal staff to resolve all queries
• Updating customers, maintaining a high level of service
• Checking delivery update/status
• Deal with situations as they arise professionally and efficiently
• Recognise the impression you leave reflects the business

Desirable/Essential:

• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Experience working in a customer service role
• Can organise own time and work efficiently

Salary and additional information:

• £22,000 – £23,750
• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 – 5:30
• Office based
