Customer Service Advisor/Sales Administrator Required

Based in Dudley

Monday to Friday, 9.00am till 5.00pm (30 minutes lunch break)

£24,000 PA

Maternity Cover

Interviews to be held ASAP! (My client can accommodate a notice period of up to 4 weeks)

Full training/handover will be provided.

I am currently recruiting an experienced proactive, forward thinking ‘Customer Service Advisor’ for my ever-growing client based in Dudley. You will be based within the relatively small office amongst a bubbly, family feel team environment. Adecco have a fantastic working relationship with this client and have full confidence this is an incredible opportunity for someone to one day advance within the business.

The non-negotiables

You must have lived experience within customer service.

Strong IT skills are a must.

My client can teach skill but not personality so a committed, pro-active attitude to work is essential.

Ability to spin lots of plates and manage/prioritise own workload.

The day to day

Acting as the first point of call to customers.

Processing online orders.

General administration tasks as required – Order confirmations, returns, etc.

Actively communicating with customers and supporting with any general questions and/or queries.

Liaising with customers via phone as well as email to ensure a fantastic customer experience.

You will be required to pro-actively pick and pack orders from the warehouse so that item is ready for collection.

Be able to work amongst a small team which is attached to the warehouse.
