Customer Service Advisor Monday to Friday -FULL TIME 37.5 HOURS £21,000 Oswestry Temporary to Permanent Benefits include Company Pension and on-site parking in town centre location The role of a Customer Service Advisor We are currently recruiting on behalf of client who specialise in providing training programmes to their strong client base and new clients alike. Candidates with some experience of working within an office environment, who are confident speaking on the phone are of interest to us. The role will mainly be telephone based, answering the phone, providing quotes to clients and general queries as well as managing a busy email inbox and providing administrative support for others. The ideal candidate will be confident over the telephone, will be an excellent communicator and thrive in a busy working environment. Individuals who are self-starters with an excellent work ethic will fit well in this environment as progression is available! Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor Answering and managing telephone calls – directing where appropriate, taking messages and providing an informative and confident service dealing with queries when neccessary. Managing a busy email inbox Ordering and organising training material and stationary/general office equipment Support aspects of training programmes including logistics Data entry tasks including booking candidates onto training programmes Providing quotations/following up quotations to existing clients and new clients General admin duties including accepting post and arranging deliveries Handle all calls and administrative tasks confidentially, disposing of confidential waste correctly The Candidate The successfully appointed Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills and abilities: Confident using Word, Excel, and various other computer programmes. At least 1-2 years of previous telephony experience and working within an office Good attention to detail Excellent attitude to work, enthusiastic and hard working Can use own initiative and is a self-starter Have a good understanding of confidentiality and Data Protection Excellent communication skills.
