Customer Service Advisor – (4 Days a week with Hybrid)We are currently supporting a client based in Guildford who are looking for a Hybrid working Customer Service Executive to join their team on a 4-month Temporary basis. (could be extended)Using the ‘Gorgios’ Customer Service platform to assign and complete online tickets relating to the following:
you will be Monitoring Live Chat and communicate to customers in real time. To Process a limited number of physical returns in the warehouse. Ensure back end processes are up kept, such as return logs. – Working alongside the CS Manager completing assigned tasks.Experience/Skills
Working hours: 4 Days per week, 9:00am-17:00pm Mon-Thurs (3 days at home 1 day in the office either a Wednesday or Thursday)Pay Rate: £12.00 p/h (Weekly Pay) Start date: 4th September.If you are interested in the above role then please apply. Many thanks
