Job duties:

Experience of call handling in a busy environmentOffering high levels of customer serviceLogging end user customer and serial number details on CRM and registering warrantiesLiaising with customers regarding engineer appointments ,checking engineer availability and booking appointmentsIdentifying spares items and taking payments over the phoneUsing technical reference files and User/Installation guides to answer queries from engineers, our dedicated retailers and end usersFinding additional information from production engineers/quality team/warehouse team where required.Updating technical reference guides

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience working in a customer service or customer support environment (office based)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment
