Pay – 25.99- 28.59 an hour ( 50- 55k equiv)

Hours – Full time, Monday to Friday

Location – Crawley based office

Ongoing temp/ contract until at least December then reviewed for extension

Office Angels are working with a leading international company and are on the hunt for a skilled crewing professional to join the team. This is a vital role in ensuring operational excellence in a busy team operating globally. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

• Enforcing company policies and regulations within your department.
• Manage resources within the crewing team to optimise efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
• Oversee daily crew administration to maintain compliance and operational readiness.
• Coordinate crew logistics and provide support to offshore personnel.
• Collaborate with various departments to maintain crew competency and resource allocation.
• Participate in improvement projects and emergency response activities.
• Handle budget control and invoice management for crew logistics.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives to enhance crew performance and development.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in crew coordination or offshore positions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong decision-making ability and independence.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and changing priorities.
